St. Martin has good winds, medium seas and several short distance sails to fantastic spots such as Ile Pinel and Tintamarre, Anguilla or Saint Barth. St. Martin is the world's smallest island divided between two principalities: French in the north, Dutch in the south. Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, is a popular stop for those interested in duty free shopping, casinos and nightlife and has some great bars around the waterfront.

Captain Oliver’s Marina on the eastern side of St.Martin has a good choice of bars and restaurants where you can sample local seafood as well as international dishes.There is a well-stocked supermarket for provisioning, drinks and ice as well as showers and accommodation available at the on site hotel..
